We want people who want to be here. You need excellent communication skills, awareness, a quick learning curve, and dedication to being the best you can be. This is what we look for in trial members, and our raiders are continually evaluated based on these criteria as well. We are not a family guild. We are a team, and as such the performance of the guild comes before any individual player. No matter the length of time someone has been in the guild or what their current rank is if they are not meeting these standards they can be sat for someone who will. That being said we are not interested in drama or assholes. We expect you to treat everyone with respect. If you're the best player in the world but you piss off everyone you play with we are not the guild for you.
All that being said we are still a group of people playing a game for fun as a hobby. We joke around and have fun as much as the next guild. We are all here to have a good time but part of that is progressing through content quickly. If all of that sounds like your cup of tea then we encourage you to put in an application. Below you will find a few of our basic policies on raiding and loot in the event you have questions feel free to contact any member of our leadership team.
We raid during server hours 8:00pm to 11:00pm Tues-Thurs. If you cannot make the raid or will be late, please let us know of your schedule via the Raid Conflicts forum. We expect all raiders to make the vast majority of our raids as 9 hours a week is not exactly a demanding schedule and we build our raid team around people being present. Mass Invites are announced at 7:45 pm. The raid leader is looking to start AT OR BEFORE 8 PM, therefore it is important you be online as close to 7:45 as possible to ensure your spot and get to the zone where we're starting. Raiders asked to sit are expected to stay available (ie - on an alt and/or in Discord) during the raid.
Please note - We try to keep a balanced roster full enough that folks can miss a night when something comes up, but not so full that the same people must sit every night. That means some nights we have more than enough to raid. If you are not willing to sit as needed for progression this is not the guild for you. We will get everyone in for the FARM bosses they need gear (or achievements) from, but we will also stack the raid when we are learning new encounters.
Any mod not listed below that will help you function at the highest possible levels for your class is highly recommended.
* Boss Mods - Deadly Boss Mods and/or Bigwigs
* Exorsus Raid Tools
* Weak Auras are highly recommended
* Discord for Voice Communications (The App not the website as you will need push to talk functions.)
We currently use a loot council consisting of the guild leader, officers, and a few randomly chosen full raiders in order to pass out loot. When awarding items we take several things into consideration but the foremost will always be guild progression. We want to put the guild into a position to progress as quickly as possible in new content. As we get into farming bosses we will spread loot out more evenly to ensure everyone gets everthing they desire.
All effort will be made to ensure that loot distribution is fair & transparent. Feel free to ask questions about how this works if you're unsure about the system.
Rare items not subject to loot council
If the item can be used to further our progress in raids (legendary weapons) the raid leader & officers will determine how best it could benefit the guild & award it accordingly. End boss mounts also fall under this category and will be awarded by officers.
